Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, two of the original three companies are working together to design, manufacture and market distance education products.

Mr. John Zukuwski is the principal of the engineering and manufacturing company Alphanet Systems Inc. His innovative work has been the basis for the entire product line and the drive behind the production.

Dr. Barry Ellis is the principal of the distance education company, DETAC Corporation, who has been the concept developer and educational interface.

Together DETAC and Alphanet have been producing industrial quality distance education hardware for over 12 years.
